Drawing on Calvin, Luther, Spurgeon, Thomas Watson and the Savoy Declaration, Rev Speers unpacks three lawful uses of the law: as a mirror that convicts us of sin, as a bridge that drives us to Christ, and as a map that guides the Christian life of gratitude and obedience. The sermon closes with a direct appeal to those outside of Christ to let the law expose their need of a Saviour.
