Evening Sermon - 13th July 2025 - Is Your Name Written in God's Book?

This evening's sermon is delivered by Mr Hazlett Lynch.

Preaching from Daniel 12, Mr Hazlett Lynch asks the searching question at the heart of the Christian life: is your name written in the book of life? He warns against false assurance found in church membership rolls or empty religious ritual, and points instead to the marks of true salvation — repentance, faith in the gospel, and new birth. Reflecting on death, resurrection and final judgement, he urges his hearers to examine themselves and to find their assurance not in themselves but in coming to Christ.
