Easter Week - Monday 31st March 2026 - A Living Hope and a Guarded Inheritance

Preaching from 1 Peter 1, Mr Philip Kelly explores how Peter encouraged suffering Christians in Asia Minor by pointing them to their unshakeable inheritance in Christ. He unpacks what it means to be born again through God's great mercy, grounded in the resurrection of Jesus, and shows how present suffering, though real, is temporary compared with the imperishable, undefiled and unfading inheritance God is guarding for His people. Along the way he draws on personal stories, Exodus 34, Ephesians 2 and Philippians 1 to encourage believers to hold onto hope even in hardship.
